Took 25 minutes plus to get 4 drinks. When asked about how much longer I was told "drive thru takes priority" we can do better starbucks.
I went this morning with my dad, at 10:00 AM, and the woman who worked the register (during peak) , i did not catch her name unfortunately, gave amazing customer service and really made my day, as well as the man with a beanie on (i couldn’t see their name tags), we’re both super friendly. I work at a different location, and just wanted them to know the truly did a great job especially when it was really busy as well.so thank you for being awesome !!
Came inside thinking it might be quicker, wow! What a mistake! Took over 45 minutes to get our drinks! I even asked one of the associates behind the counter.. she was more worried about emptying the trash, then helping get the baristas caught up! In fact, there were two girls doing trash that I feel could have been help getting things caught up! When I told them I had gotten 1 of 3 drinks.. the one told me the barista was just really behind!
