Just saw a woman get hot coffee on her hand after an unfastened lid fell off. Two employees right next to her - no one said a word to her as her scalded hand was stinging. The woman then cleaned up the spill not caused by her, because neither employee even acknowledged she existed. F minus service.
I had a great experience here! Everything was fast and friendly. Margarita and Veronika at the front were very polite and professional, and they helped me right away. I really appreciate how respectful and efficient they were. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had lately!
I have traveled all over and have had Starbucks in many different places. These ladies were very fast and they got the order correct. Me and my team was very satisfied! Keep up the good work ladies!
