I don’t know where to start , Cortado was not right , They have no cups for indoor use , Place is empty , service is so cold and impersonal ☢️ They close @ 2 bcz they don’t have enough people .
Just saw a woman get hot coffee on her hand after an unfastened lid fell off. Two employees right next to her - no one said a word to her as her scalded hand was stinging. The woman then cleaned up the spill not caused by her, because neither employee even acknowledged she existed. F minus service.
I had a great experience here! Everything was fast and friendly. Margarita and Veronika at the front were very polite and professional, and they helped me right away. I really appreciate how respectful and efficient they were. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had lately!
