How about prioritizing the customers instead of talking about dating apps in front of children, very inappropriate! Do better staff! Every time I come here they are talking nonsense instead of working. Unprofessional work environment. Leave the talking for after work or how about not in front of customers, or inappropriate talk in front of kids? That would be great
all I wanted was a pink drink, maybe took four sips because the entire cup is filled with ice. Respectfully, would you want to drink something like this… No, so don’t serve that to a paying customer.
The only employee working didn’t greet us or show any friendliness. While she took our order, I noticed she wasn’t writing anything on the cups like usual. My partner ordered a refresher without strawberries, and I automatically worried it would be wrong since she didn't write down the modification. Sure enough, it came out with berries. My partner sent it back, she didn’t remake it. She just strained the strawberries out, leaving pieces still floating in the drink. Horrible. Ordered a few drinks one was watered down. The other one burnt tasting with after taste of pepermint it so over powering.
