Drinks are often messed up. We are all human, mistakes happen. We don’t complain we just throw them away. They were very busy this morning - understandable. But when they made a customers drink cold instead of hot like he asked, the girl behind the counter made him look stupid in front of the 9 people who were waiting. wasted $6 on an absolutely undrinkable chai
I have had some great experiences with this location! Staff is on point, makes delicious drinks/food & always polite! I highly recommend this location if your around the area. Also the app is a game changer cause I hate waiting in a line or drive thru.
Much improved store recently because for a long time.It was considered one of the worst starbucks around, but i'm noting that there is a lot of improvement recently. The staff is very friendly.The store is very clean and if there is something not quite right with the drink.They're making it over again without any hesitation. I know it's a hard job and a lot of people are not very kind to the baristas.However, I do like it when my drinks are made the correct way. Good job with the improvements.!!
