I had a wonderful experience at Starbucks today, largely due to the exceptional customer service provided by Ryan. Their professionalism and the excellent caramel macchiato made for a truly outstanding visit. Ryan certainly deserves a perfect score for their service.
I come here on my days off of work and every time I do it’s always a great experience. Their coffee is amazing it’s always fresh. The employees here always go out of there way to make customers happy.
Starbucks S ‘Lyon (Busch's) visit on 7/5: jumping right in, Jake was extremely rude. He made a comment (under his breath) about customers coming at the worst times as I approached the counter. I was the only one in line. I just ignored it as 2nd hand embarrassment punched me right in the face. I shopped for a couple items and then came back to collect my food. Starbucks Buschs South Lyon 7/5: Jake was extremely rude. He made a comment about customers coming at the worst times as I approached the counter l. I just ignored it, then he gave me the wrong egg bites. He took them back and told the other employee how stupid he felt. Then he remade the correct ones and threw them on the counter and turned around when I said thank you as if he was completely inconvenienced by his mistake. Every time I’ve ordered coffee at this location, it takes 30 minutes. The most recent incident was yesterday, when I ordered black coffee. I just don’t get it. I’ve been forced to drive 10 minutes away because I get coffee faster at the brick and mortar location the next town over.
