Starbucks S ‘Lyon (Busch's) visit on 7/5: jumping right in, Jake was extremely rude. He made a comment (under his breath) about customers coming at the worst times as I approached the counter. Starbucks Buschs South Lyon 7/5: Jake was extremely rude. He made a comment about customers coming at the worst times as I approached the counter l. I just ignored it, then he gave me the wrong egg bites. He took them back and told the other employee how stupid he felt. Then he remade the correct ones and threw them on the counter and turned around when I said thank you as if he was completely inconvenienced by his mistake. Every time I’ve ordered coffee at this location, it takes 30 minutes. The most recent incident was yesterday, when I ordered black coffee. I just don’t get it. I’ve been forced to drive 10 minutes away because I get coffee faster at the brick and mortar location the next town over.

Phenomenal service always make my drink incredibly. Wrote very nice things on my cup the other day and it made my day AMAZING! I recall the workers being named Liz and Tiffany, they was amazing
