The worst customer service I've ever experienced and worst tasting coffee I've ever had I honestly wasted my time and moey stopping by this place I always enjoy Starbucks but not from this store absolutely horrible experience
Extremely rude, I usually love coming here because it’s close to home and the staff is usually very nice but I’ll start making the trip to ashland from now on. I shouldn’t have to reach behind the counter to get my 3 drinks, nor have 4 people who ordered after me get their drink & leave before one of mine even comes out. As a public service worker myself I understand the holidays are rough but there’s no reason for the attitude as I was patiently waiting and hadn’t said a word.
