The staff at this store are friendly, welcoming, and consistently on point. No matter what time of day I've gone to this store, I have the same, pleasant experience. It's worth the drive to north Palm Springs. I have told them on multiple occasions how much I appreciate their friendly demeanor.
Starbucks- Sunrise & Vista Chino I’ve tried giving this Starbucks multiple chances, but the service and attitude here have made it impossible to return. When customers complain about their Nitro Cold Brew being flat, it shouldn’t be ignored. My nitro tasted like regular iced coffee — not creamy, not smooth on top, and definitely not how nitro is supposed to pour. Ordered a drink thru delivery and didn't get any straw, also their drinks seem another smaller than before
