I have been a long time customer of Starbucks. However, I have been really disappointed with the experiences I have had the last few months. Today, unfortunately, I have decided to no longer be a customer. The final decision came after your change in recipe for the chai latte. What once was a comfort and soothing drink is now bitter and a disappointment. I have had to dump 3 drinks, which is a complete waste of product and my money because of the taste of the drink. The service was fine everybody was nice but it looks like someone drank out of it - they didn’t fill my $9 coffee to the top and I wouldn’t even post about it if it if it was one time but it happens every time I come through here. I haven’t taken a sip yet
We often stop here because of the convenience of the location but when ordering food I always regret going here. They place all the food in a basket by the oven and all the employees just ignore it while the hot food gets cold. It’s very frustrating when you have to stand there for 5 minutes staring at your food that is done and watch the employees just walk past it.
