My high maintenance drink is always made perfectly and ready on time
I have been a long time customer of Starbucks. However, I have been really disappointed with the experiences I have had the last few months. Today, unfortunately, I have decided to no longer be a customer. The final decision came after your change in recipe for the chai latte. What once was a comfort and soothing drink is now bitter and a disappointment. I have had to dump 3 drinks, which is a complete waste of product and my money because of the taste of the drink.
