slow with mobile orders. Stood there for over 10 minutes (no one acknowledged me) and a total of 15 minutes for a mobile order at 2 pm.
I waited in the drive thru for 15 - 20 min, my matcha cold cream foam was already separated when they gave me the drink, I even asked if there was cold cream foam & the lady said yes, do you see? Instead of questioning me, she should have asked if I wanted it to be remade
I loves it here my drink was absolutely delicious and service was good the person who took my order was very nice recommend this place
Expect to wait in drive thru… ridiculously slow… constant turnover… lots of better locations around…
