9/10 the drinks are wrong and the employees don’t ever speak when you drive up. They just stare at you and then hand you your poorly made drink.
Unfortunately, today was my last day supporting this location. The service has always been very slow, expect to sit in drive thru for 15-20 mins. However, today I was treated very rudely for no reason by the barista. I’ll take my business elsewhere
3 stars because the layout of these New Star bucks are just awful. No privacy ti chat with anyone here. Terrible layout. Just not great... A long bench essentially. 5 star service. 3 star interior
slow with mobile orders. Stood there for over 10 minutes (no one acknowledged me) and a total of 15 minutes for a mobile order at 2 pm.
