Purchased hot chocolate that was lukewarm at best. A lot of employees standing around. New person on the register on a very busy day
Everything I’ve tried here just tastes like either hot water or milk, depending on what the base of the drink is
No espresso machine; and they don’t take personal cups.
I ordered by the app with a bunch of added stuff and got none of that on my drink🤦🏽♂️
