the coffee was prepared terribly, disgustingly
I noticed the price of my food was cheaper on the app vs when I ordered with the cashier, so I even showed her my phone and asked her if that was correct. She was so rude and said "idk but your total is ___." Totally dismissed me and stared at me like I was stupid. Like I was asking a question genuinely trying to understand if the processes were different. She didn't offer to price match their own location prices or anything, which was crazy. At this point, I'm not going down to this underground disgusting place. The worst customer service
They should change the time to 8 because that’s when they closed today especially during movie Wednesday and when it’s the hottest it’s been this year in Illinois I just wanted a water and they couldn’t do it.
