I ordered a macchiato that was supposed to have three shots of espresso. I watch the woman pour one in and the hand it to me. After asking to confirm it had an extra shot she look at me and said yes. This is why I am reminded to never go to Starbucks

I went to the Starbucks located inside the Marriott Hotel in Oak Brook. I placed my order online for a Venti Iced Matcha Latte with almond milk and asked for an extra scoop of matcha. Usually, it comes with four scoops, so I ordered it with five. I also added the Sugar-Free Vanilla Protein Cold Foam, which is supposed to have 15 grams of protein.
