I have been a regular at this location for the past three or four months and I come here many times a week and I always get the same drink, caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino. I almost always leave there pretty satisfied with the service and the product. But today I am so disappointed.. it almost seems like an employee made a grande instead of a Venti like I ordered and instead of making more it looks like they just filled my cup up with whipped cream, and I barely taste any caramel, even though I paid for an extra pump of it... read more
Me and my friend went through the drive thru and both ordered the same thing, a grande strawberry acai lemonade refresher, when the worker hands them to us they are almost all water. We go back into the store and kindly ask them if they could remake it because it was watery. The barista took our drinks poured them into the shaker, added more ice and gave them back.
