Really friendly baristas, especially in the early morning shift. Fast service and plenty of seating. Noise level can be kind of high when there are several customers.
It's a nice little Starbucks, easy walking distance from the nearby Kaiser Medical Center. It's one of the smaller Starbucks locations, with limited seating (both inside and out) and no drive-thru. But all the people working there that I've encountered are extremely nice, and I'm always happy with the drinks I get there, so it feels wrong to rate it lower just for being small.
