I visited this Starbucks for the first time, and unfortunately it was a really disappointing experience. I typically have always had a great experience and every location I’ve gone to but this one really was not the one for me. The barista making my drink (Lexi, blonde) completely walked away in the middle of preparing it-she was dripping the drink down her hand, then stopped to go chat with her family members and introduce them to the staff. I work early hours nearby and have stopped in to pick up coffee multiple times and every time I’m greeted with the nicest employees! I know it can be hard to be peppy and social so early in the morning which makes me even more thankful for the warm welcome.
Wouldn’t let me use the bathroom under any circumstance and could have been a lot nicer about it. Very disappointed in the new policy and staff here :(
