I think it absolutely sucks that Starbucks won’t warm the Strawberry Matcha loaf when asked. That’s actually ridiculous. A staff said it’s because the icing can spill in the warmer. But isn’t that true of cheese or pesto for that matter? Starbucks is too expensive to not be able to eat pastries the way I prefer.
I visit this Starbucks almost every day, sometimes twice a day, and I’ve never had an issue until today May 5 , 2026 around 9:40am. I asked for a simple cup of ice water, and the lady told me I had to purchase something, which I understand policies can vary. However, the way she spoke to me was rude and dismissive.
