Giselle was so helpful and kind when helping with my order! She created a lovely welcoming atmosphere, I will be coming back!
Not friendly employees. There are signs on every tables offering refills on drinks, and the employee says we can't give a cup of tea because your first drink was matcha latte! Doesn't that make me more qualified for a refill? As a pro coffee shopper I can tell the difference of house rules and discriminatory behavior!
Super slow with rude employees!
