Probably the worst Starbucks in the area. I have an issue every time I go there. Two trips ago, the barista snapped at me because I accidentally chose for my order to be picked up in the store instead of in the drive-thru. The app defaults to be picked up in store, and I forgot to change it. I apologized, which was not well received. In the most recent trip, I placed my order, which said it would take 4 to 7 minutes. I had to call in to order 2 cups of kids milk for the little ones because I forgot to add to the coffee order. They're so awesome that they wouldn't make it until I came to the store to pick up my order so that it wouldn't spoil sitting out. I'm so appreciative of contentious service like this! Thanks guys.

Have visited the Union location for years and the location located inside the Embassy Suites in Berkeley Heights. This location the employees that I encountered on 4/7/26 were rude. They shout out one sec when you get to the register without even looking at you and or saying saying good morning. There’s no one in the store. Extremely rude. I’ll continue to drive to the other locations I’ve been visiting for years.
