Pitifully understaffed or undertrained. Waited I. Line for 15 mins
Picking up an online order. Waited over 20 minutes. "We're working on it" is not good enough.
Usually I come to this Starbucks and besides the long wait I’m fine with the experience. However lately (a month or so) it feels like they hired some lazy and rude staff members. Idk why it’s so hard to give me a CLEAN cup with a hot cup sleeve. I don’t want a sticky cup in my hand. And I shouldn’t get an attitude for asking for a cup sleeve for my hot drink.
I usually go thru the drive thru on different occasions they have forgotten to add the flavoring i ask for. Not sure if its just laziness or carelessness. These drinks are not cheap and they should have their employees focusing on making the orders correct. I order delivery from this location and this is the final straw. I got my drink hot when I ordered an iced beverage. I love coffee and I used to love starbucks. Ill just go without from now on.
