Incredibly slow location.
Very slow, not enough staff or poor placement. I found Hair in my drinks and in my food.
I heard this place lies about coffee never get no ice because they only put half of coffee instead Suck you both
I ordered my regular tall size coffee that was supposed to be extra wet. Since it wouldn’t have much foam, I saw the amount of coffee that was there in my cup. MY TALL CUP HAD JUST HALF CUP COFFEE! Why should I pay full price for a half cup coffee. Also, it’s not cheap, it was $6.5! The other fact that I didn not like was that I was standing there waiting for my coffee, it was kept on the countertop and they didn not call out. Just wanted to give a shout out to the person who helped me today, she was so kind and left sweet messages on all of our cups. I used to work for Starbucks and things have changed a lot, I often don’t get the amazing service we used to be trained to give, but this time I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you! Oh and our drinks were made perfectly!
