Since when did Starbucks open at 9am. It says they are supposed to open at 6am. I understand being a little late but 3 hours late from the original opening time is pretty ridiculous. I’ve tried giving this Starbucks another chance but it has gone downhill this past month.
I would give it zero stars if I could. This Starbucks is a joke! The lines take forever. The new guy that’s back there has his hair all out. It’s honestly gross because I rather not have hair in my food or drinks. This Starbucks has completely changed this pass month and not for the better. I used to be a regular but I’ve taken my business elsewhere now.
The girl you made a manager with freckles has a bad attitude and super lazy. She doesn't make drinks correctly and rolls eyes constantly. Surprised she's still there since I see several related to her specifically.
