I was the only person waiting in line to be helped. Two people were making drinks while a third person came out to help. I wasn’t even acknowledged and was like I wasn’t even there. I won’t be back.
The owners really need to take a step in and review their staff. They are missing out on a ton of revenue due to managements TERRIBLE customer service. The lack of customer service we have these days is unreal. I have gone in three times to purchase a liquid pump and was told the first time to come back as they were waiting for shipment, i come back again and was rudely spoken to, even asked if i can pre-purchase it before they place their shipment.
