3xs now I have went and got a frozen mocha and my daughter gets her usual as well and 3xs they have totally messed up each of our drinks. They taste TERRIBLE! A waste of $16. If you say something they pretend to "fix it" and it taste just as bad or worse. I won't be back. It's a shame cause I am a regular customer.
