Tried going 10 mins before closing and they wouldn't give me anything with coffee. Why clean the machines before it's closed? Told me I could order a refresher or a frappucino. Lost my business to dutch bros. Had issues with this Starbucks many times with not making my order correctly or them closing early or opening late. Drive further to pioneer parkway or go across to dutch bros.
1/11/2024, about 10:30 am, Three staff - no other customers but me. One sweeping, one leaning against the counter, and one working the counter. After taking my order the counter person chatted with the one sweeping behind the pick-up area while making my coffee.The sweeper was in the way impeding the counter person from delivering my prepared coffee.
