This is the only Starbucks in Granby inside City Market. Rosa took my order & made my yummy tall sweet vanilla cream cold brew
The staff are always very kind and Lina and Rosa are always so sweet.
Lina was very nice. One of the best Starbucks crew in a king Soopers that I have seen and so is the person working with her
It's very hit and miss with this one. They have their umteenth new crew and they have no motivation. Don't order ahead expecting your drink to be done in time. It was faster to go in and order last time. I oredered online and got my drink I ordered at the counter faster, as well as 3 other customers before my online order was even started. They will stand there and stare at you while slowly stocking. The drinks taste different every time. They don't taste like soap anymore which is a bonus!
Olivia was the only one making drinks while 2 others (Stacy, and a lady with red hair) chatted like they had not a thing to do. Stacy may need a customer service course while talking with her co-workers and customers, because giving unsolicited advice about being a tourist/visitor was not appreciated. Being that I'm from Hawai'i, I have a lot of experience with tourists, and what she said was very rude. Olivia made my coffee excellent, thank you for the...experience.
