I order from this location often before work and was told today for the first time ever that I was not allowed a free cup of water to go along with my $25+ purchase and would have to buy a water bottle if I wanted water. Bad vibes!
They did make my coffee wrong but they remade it.
Magnolia was amazing when we walked in! So friendly and observant. We will continue to go here because we feel just like family.
You can no longer just get a Pup Cup like you were able to in the past. You must now order something to get a simple Pup Cup - which is literally a small amount of whipped cream. Really Starbucks? I spend a lot of money throughout the year at all of your locations and buy hundreds of dollars in gift cards at Christmas time and I can't get a dollop of whipped cream for my dog on a hot day??
