I visit this Starbucks almost every day, and at first I thought the slow service was just an issue with a specific shift. However, it seems to be a consistent problem. Orders are often made out of order, and people who order after you frequently get their drinks first.
Store was busy when I came in at about 11am. There was a long line up and before ordering, I was told that wait time could be 10-15 minutes. I appreciate the heads up for the wait time. I was very thirsty and I could see they were very busy but when I asked one of the baristas (Filipino guy) if I could have at least have glass of water first, he was very helpful.
