Extremely slow service. Not busy and still waited 15 minutes for an iced tea
Worst service I have seen in a long time. I ordered 2 drinks and 1 of my drinks was missed due to staff not know who will make the drink. They all just left the drink order in the queue having my order and drink dwell while customers that came after me all get there orders. When asking where my order was they started arguing among each other. 15 min later ask me what my drink was due to losing it in the system.

This is the second time I’ve gone to this Starbucks and for two drinks it took me 23 minutes! It should never take that long for them to make two drinks, while they are prioritizing online orders! I will not be back!
the barista Bree is so wonderful and attentive. Such a great experience at starbucks today :)
