I only ever get a coffee Frappuccino with 5 extra pumps of frapp roast for a total of 9. I always specify that I want 5 extra for a total of 9 so that there is no confusion. It does not come with whip either but I again am specific that I don’t want any whip when I order. They never make it properly. Even after asking for it to be remade it only ever tastes like sugar and milk and always gets whip cream added. If we say anything, the staff either acts really confused or gives attitude. I stopped by today and had a Chai Latte (hot) with a Gouda + Egg sandwich. Service was super friendly, fast and my order was prepared correctly. What more can I ask for :)
