Went through the drive-thru and received completely wrong drinks. When I politely brought it up, the barista was dismissive and flatly refused to remake them. No apology, no offer to help, just attitude. I understand mistakes happen — that's human. But refusing to fix them and treating customers rudely is a choice. I'll be driving a little further to a location that actually wants my business.
I asked for Dubai chocolate matcha with light ice this what they gave me and i told them it doesn’t look same i get that every single day they convinced me that it’s the same!!! I had to leave for my work. But that was horrible.
Five-star experience. Friendly team and great customer care.
This isn’t even close to light ice. This is an on going issue at this location with not getting drink orders right.
