4 stars because I waited in line twice to get my order corrected. The first time it tasted like watered down coffee. So thank you lovie who is a manager there. She remade my drink and listened while I explained my frustration with service
If I have to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru, at least please make the drink correctly. It’s hit or miss.
Great Starbucks, but -1 star for occasional long wait times.
Everything would’ve been good except for the fact that they put a big block of ice in my drink that when I removed it my drink literally went from full to less than half of the cup. I feel so scammed. Very upsetting and disappointing.
Everytime I go through the drive thru i wait over 10 mins only to get to the window and be told that my two tall and grande drinks were still being made. Order ahead is your best bet.
