Customer service is great. I go here at least four or five times a month. Reliable top quality food and drinks.
Horrible customer service! No acknowledgment whatsoever. And got the order wrong aside from waiting 15 in line for just 2 frappes. No other Starbucks in town is as bad as this one.
Today was very disappointing. My wife and I are regular customers. Aside from getting our order wrong, I waited at the counter for a while and I was not even welcomed or acknowledged. The supervisors and employees know me but never even uttered a word to me. I don’t know what was going on but it’s sad to treat any customer this way. Do better!!!
10 minutes in empty drive through all three times. It's never busy, never crowded, the staff at this particular location simply doesn't care in the slightest
