After finding a dead roach in my drink, for the last several days I’ve been unable to drink anything without actively checking for bugs with each sip. This experience has absolutely traumatized me. I immediately returned the drink and received a refund plus $12. The manager later called and apologized and stated she’d email compensation, but never followed through even after I reached out. To make matters worse, this happened when I went to redeem my birthday drink.
Usually, very slow. Impressed with the improvement.
I want to leave this review for the 2 young men who were the cashiers and and a young lady on the day/evening shift working around 5pm-ish today ..you guys were so professional, kind and really represented your company well as I sat and watched your hospitality to guests for 2 hours...Thank you signed a grateful customer ....
