The staff is quite friendly and helpful. Drinks received the past couple weeks were good, but a few mistakes were made. However, they were easily fixed by the staff.
Avian is the absolute best barista here. He always goes out of his way to make sure your coffee is perfect, is always super kind and polite and always has a smile. Avian, thank you for always going the extra mile!!!
I was happy that we got a new Starbucks near my house because Aliante is terrible. I was delighted to have superior customer service and perfectly made drinks. But that didn’t last long. The turnover is very high. I spend $10.50 per drink, and usually get a food item also Monday to Friday. It made sense when I got a great drink served by a friendly barista that remembered my name. Oh my gosh, this place is super cute! The staff there is amazing, and I love the vibe. I showed them a picture of my drink, and they made it perfect. Will go back for show
