This is one of the worst Starbucks in town and unfortunately it’s the one by my house. Drive thru is always so long and always takes forever. Everytime I come here always a long wait.
My 3rd time going here tried to give this place a chance always mess up my order how hard is it to make a caramel macchiato iced nothing special added to it, just a simple order!!! 👎 never again will I go to this one!!! Straight Milk no coffee Reallly!!!!!
The smell of coffee, early in the morning is the perfect wake up alarm. DT is always fast, and the cashier who runs the window every morning is so efficient.

This Starbucks was very busy, but one employee truly stood out. Neilani was incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind despite how hectic it was. Her customer service was amazing — she stayed calm, positive, and made everyone feel taken care of. Honestly, she was in full flow state. She was working harder and faster than everyone else, multitasking like a pro. It felt like she made three drinks in the time it took others to make one. Super impressive to watch.
