The cashier was very rude and was arguing with me just because I was trying to figure out how the rewards work. She got mad and walked off. Then she did not give me my food and other girl had to..very rude
Still a Starbucks, and I love Starbucks, but the service at this location is the worst I’ve experienced. It’s confusing, slow, and my usual drinks honestly don’t taste the same. This is my third try and I walk away with the same impression every time. They need to improve to deliver a real Starbucks experience, because the brand is suffering because of this store.
Unfortunately it took over 25 minutes to get two drinks today. It WAS NOT BUSY and sense of urgency was a 2 out of 10. I went up TWICE and the employee was unfazed. It was a teaching moment for my girls so when they get to employment age they know how to deliver hospitality. Sad to have my rating go from 5 to 1 star
I would like to express my appreciation for the team at Starbucks inside Target. I received outstanding service, and the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. I accidentally dropped my cup of coffee, and they immediately came to help me. They also kindly offered to replace my drink, which showed genuine care for their customers. I was very impressed with the service I received. Congratulations to the entire team for their excellent work and dedication. They truly deserve recognition.
