Susan is such a friendly barista! Honestly, the other baristas here aren’t as friendly, and the service and drink quality can be hit or miss. There’s been a lot of staff turnover too. But Susan is always on top of it. If I don’t see her working, I won’t bother getting coffee here. She remembers my name, is always smiling, and handles everything well—even when they’re short-staffed or dealing with rude customers. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality, Susan!
