I had a horrible experience. I went to go pick up a small frappe for my daughter, casino is very pricy I’ll admit but that wasn’t the real issue. The girl with red hair with glasses had a snobby attitude and to another girl who was trying to just do her job. How does management even hire these type of people!!
Ordered up a couple drinks. The order taker was real chatty, which is fine, just not at the expense of taking the order. They missed out on a key request. I asked for my drink to be blended and an extra shot. Their version of blended here is to put in half the amount of ice as a cold drink and toss it in the blender. Then pour it and say, "you asked for blended, soooooo..." I sent it back for the extra shot, which caused a bit of confusion. It was all pretty awkward. Oh so awful.
WORST service and staff I have actually ever experienced at a Starbucks or any establishment really. Maria who took our order was not only complaining about other staff and conversing with the barista in a disgusting manner gave us the most filthy look when we started to order. When it came to payment she was rude, didn't even want to give us the time of day. We ordered our drinks 1 iced 1 hot. We went to wait by the pick up area feeling very uncomfortable and disgusted.
