We visited on a summer weekday, 9 AM. Our drinks were made and served quickly. There was a steady flow of customers coming and going. The restaurant is very clean. The tables were clean and spaced a comfortable distance apart from each other. The staff was efficient and friendly. The food and merchandise displays were full and tidy.
I had a horrible experience. I went to go pick up a small frappe for my daughter, casino is very pricy I’ll admit but that wasn’t the real issue. The girl with red hair with glasses had a snobby attitude and to another girl who was trying to just do her job. How does management even hire these type of people!!
Ordered up a couple drinks. The order taker was real chatty, which is fine, just not at the expense of taking the order. They missed out on a key request. I asked for my drink to be blended and an extra shot. Their version of blended here is to put in half the amount of ice as a cold drink and toss it in the blender. Then pour it and say, "you asked for blended, soooooo..." I sent it back for the extra shot, which caused a bit of confusion. It was all pretty awkward.
