I’m am so done with Starbucks. Only this location is so unwelcoming. I normally go to the one in San Carlos and El Camino real. They are so nice those 2 location. it’s been 2 times that they ask me if I’m going to buy something before I used the restroom. I always try to wash my hands before I order. I will never step one foot here at the Broadway location. I’m come here to Philz coffee on Broadway. Guess what they don’t ask if you are going to buy before using the restroom thank you Phil Coffee
Possibly the cleanest Starbucks branch I’ve visited in the area. Staff are ok- not warm or friendly, just there to do their job. Ordered their summer drinks without ice which was given to me in their coffee cup container- that’s because the actual lemonade transparent containers are taller than the coffee cups. A bit hard to drink off it since it’s not made for fruit drinks. You don’t see the color or have to take off the lid to get the fruit tidbits. Great service but the place was filthy and it was 10 a.m. Management should take a look at that. It just kills the vibe of a coffee place where you’re paying 10 bucks per cup.
20 minutes waiting for a cup of coffee!
