What kind of policies is Starbucks creating?! Having to make a purchase for a cup of ICED WATER is absolutely outrageus and absurd. Very greedy of them.
Just pumping out noise pollution to us that want to sit outside and enjoy the sun! Seriously, turn down --- or better turn off --- the outside music you're pumping out.
