Really nice lady working today, super polite
Ordered an Iced drink. Came out hot. It took them 10 minutes to make it when the only order ahead of me was hot chocolate. They just sat there talking to customers and employees to the point where they wouldn’t be working on the drinks at all at times. It’s clear that they don’t care at all, go to a local coffee shop or at least another Starbucks. This happens quite often.

Okay just place ain't too bad but they ain't ready ready for the big rush. I can really appreciate I can go to the deli and pick up a sandwich and then go to Starbucks and get a get a cup of coffee and do my little phone paperwork or whatever and get a refill and I felt good when I was done I appreciate you.
