Friendly staff.
Okay just place ain't too bad but they ain't ready ready for the big rush. I can really appreciate I can go to the deli and pick up a sandwich and then go to Starbucks and get a get a cup of coffee and do my little phone paperwork or whatever and get a refill and I felt good when I was done I appreciate you. Really bad service! The girl (Jocelyn) working on Friday morning was rude and was on her phone all the time! Even when I was trying to pay I had my money waiting for her and all she did was been on her phone, I waited more the 20 minutes for her to finish her phone text so she can make my drink. Never said thank you or anything! Very rude and unprofessional! Manager needs more attention into her. My drink didn’t even tasted right either way!
