Today the woman working the counter got triggered over a hat my son had on, the hat stated "my other ride is your mom", she asked to call CPS, said I was a bad father. The perverted nature of her mind and where she took the interaction was incredibly unprofessional. Her job is to take orders and make drinks that's it, but her entitled opinion and hurt feelings made herself and the establishment look like fools. I was waiting for almost 15 minutes in line, watching one guy do all the work while another guy was in me back cleaning or something. There were only two people in front of me the whole time, but the line was not moving. What made me decide to stop waiting and leave was the employee that had been in the back the whole time came out to grab something, coughed directly onto his hand and continued to handle items without ever washing his hands.
