I had wonderful customer service from all 3 baristas working today (Saturday)! Just wanted to give them props. I had 2 drinks added to a drive-up target order, and one drink was accidentally made iced instead of hot. Not a big deal. I went in to ask for a hot one (it was for my son). They were SO kind about it, and they even threw in a banana bread for him to apologize! They were lovely.
Very clean, no waiting in line. There was 2 very friendly girl when I was there. “Shockingly” they got the order right (other Starbucks 98% mistakes in LA) since I ask my coffee kids temp + whipped cream (I know not that difficult) I was super lucky they still had my favorite seasonal the chestnuts praline. I went in thinking it will be 5-10min and actually I was just in and out in no time with the perfect coffee ☕️ thank you

Abby is an amazing barista! She always makes my drinks perfect and is so sweet! Love it here :)
