The couple times I’ve came here they are very rude
Having worked 10+ years in the service industry, I sincerely regret leaving this review. But there's no excuse for how I was last treated at this location, and I won't be back. Of course, if you work here I know that you don't care. At all. You made that very clear, and that's the entire reason for this review. absolutely horrible service, told them i’d pay for whatever i needed to to get my dogs pup cups in tall size cups because they are both 80 lbs and the only reason i came to starbucks was for them and they told me they “couldn’t do it” even the manager said that. i have been purchasing larger pup cups for my dogs for almost five years, this is the first starbucks that wouldn’t do it. have probably been to 30 locations and have always accommodated my dogs.
