Very poor service! I was denied service because my reusable mug wasn't from Starbucks, citing a new company policy. I later learned from customer service that there is no such policy.
Very disappointed with my experience. I was refused service because I asked to have my coffee poured into my personal reusable mug. I was told that only Starbucks-branded cups are accepted under a new policy. I bring my own mug to avoid disposable plastic-lined cups and reduce waste. Veterans, don’t go to this location to get free coffee on Veterans Day. Veterans are turned away saying this location does not participate in that promotion.
I went there on Black Friday to order 2 frappes for my mother and I. As I was walking up I heard the black girl with eyeglasses say that she didn’t wish to be here and that she wanted to leave already to another worker nearby I tried to be friendly but she had a very exasperated look on her face and when I ordered the drinks I wanted to get a popcorn bag for my kid but I didn’t feel comfortable in doing so because when she had said my drink was ready I mentioned that it was missing the chocolate syrup and she turned around a... read more
