I went there on Black Friday to order 2 frappes for my mother and I. Two of three drinks were literally just water with caramel.
Worst customer experience! I ordered online for pick up. I get there and the order is not ready after waiting for about 10 minutes and realizing no one is preparing the order and the three employees there are not even looking my way o decided to go through the drive to get the attention of an employee.
