After experiencing this for the second time, I will not be returning to this location. To the older woman with red and blonde hair, who I assume is the manager ,you never know who is watching how you treat your employees. I’ve come into this café to work and have overheard some extremely inappropriate and unethical comments from this woman directed toward her employees. It’s honestly upsetting to witness . Please prioritize mobile orders. No reason it should be 10+ beyond the quoted pick up time and walk-ins are getting faster service.
