I ordered a bagel at 11 and around 11:35 asked where my bagel was. They said it may had gotten switched up and would make a new one. At 11:45 I still didn’t have my bagel. The staff was nice but that was absurd. If I told you I didn’t get my bagel and I’d been waiting for 35 min, you think I’d be next up but never saw my bagel being made. After wasting 45 min of my time waiting for absolutely nothing, I asked for a refund.
staff is always very unfriendly.

I usually don’t ever come inside at this location , but a couple days ago when I did Achraf was so welcoming and although it was very busy and he was too he took the time to stop what he was doing to make sure we me and daughter were taken care of . Thanks a lot
