Was waiting there for a friend to come so we could have a coffee together, asked for a water cup for the 96° weather and was turned down and stated that I needed to buy something to get water and then proceeded To tell us that we were going to get kicked out if we didn’t buy anything in that moment so we just left because we no longer felt welcome, do not come here as it is a terrible hangout space. I’m sure there are other Starbucks that I have been to that are more welcoming than this place.
The baristas service has definitely went downhill in the last 3 months. they have literally gotten my order wrong my last four visits. Thank goodness corporate made it right m.
This is the absolute WORST starbucks I've ever been to in my life. Every single time I have ordered from this store they have gotten my order wrong. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The last time i ordered through doordash I was feeling optimistic that my order would made correctly, it wasn't. I called the store to ask about my order through doordash and the manager told me to just show up with my receipt even tho it was a doordash order.
