Disappointing
This is the worst Starbucks in Perris. Workers are depressed, always understaffed, all the employees look sad. And to top it off the drinks taste they were made by target employees, and it takes 10 minutes . i’ve been to this location over an over 50 times, thinking it would change. Now I see why Dutch Bros is going to take over, its culture.
I got 4 drinks then left for 10 min got back to use the restroom and they didn’t let us use it… it’s rude for the workers to not let the costumers use the restroom…
Today I bought a hot chocolate and I didn't like it. I asked the lady to exchange it for another drink and she very kindly replaced it, in this location they make it feel important to customers I will definitely return.
