Loyal remote worker customer working here multiple times per week—Starbucks management has given us all the finger by decreasing tables and seating by about 50%. 1. Baristas were really friendly 2. Location was much smaller but was extremely clean and quiet. 3. The bathroom were also clean. 4. The breakfast sandwiches are always my favorite with the soft roll used, smoked bacon, cheese and a egg patty. Photo taken .... 5. The drink was Unicorn Frappe and was very delicious so the baristas offered a good choice. PHOTOS TAKEN 6. The only complaint small size ordered drink which was the only size offered, the drink is around for a limited time only.
Shout out to the morning team on Friday August 14th. They were backed up a bit and I had to make an 8:00am meeting so couldn't wait came back after 9:00am and they had a drink and giftcards as a thank you ready. Very kind!
Found pieces of glass in my Frappuccino.
I picked up coffee and a pastry. When I got to the window, I was served by a male with black hair and a mustache ,pencil thin. He went straight to the total without offering me the tip option. When I asked him what he was doing he said he was trying to get me done quicker. I then gave him a cash tip. What he actually did was automatically hit the two dollar tip button and accepted my cash tip so he got a seven dollar tip for an eight dollar order.
