Had to wait only one car in front of me. When i got my drink Carmel Machiatto it tasted awful. No carmel in it and i always ask for extra. Tastes like warm milk. Breakfast sandwich was cold. This store has gone downhill. It is closest to my house but have been avoiding it. They just verified why..
They dont have enough people working at this place. If someone just wants a simple coffee, you should be in and out. Im not looking for a sugar potion with glitter, just coffee.
Terrible! The lady that took my order didn’t pay attention at all to what I ordered. They overcharged me for a drink not to mention I told her I was being overcharged she still charged me to begin with I was in line for well over 20-25 mins. I spent nearly $30 and she also got my drink size wrong. When i asked for a manager the entire staff wanted to be nosey and look as if it were their daily entertainment.
