I love this location, Merlin is the best!!
I’d say bad reviews are always easy to leave but leaving a good one means they have gone above and beyond multiple times. The morning crew is always so kind and friendly. My order is never wrong and they are always quick. They always greet you and tell you to have a good day when leaving. I’d say the ones leaving bad reviews are the ones who order at peak times and are impatient. They clearly have never worked in food/customer service before. Drinks tasted like normal but this has the be the slowest Starbucks we've been to yet they didn't seem that busy. Give yourself extra time.
