Be aware if you order travelers for an event this is the second time they left me hanging with no coffee. I called at least an hour before and still the order was not even started. I have called the day before. Message didn’t get to the next shift. It’s one thing to mess up an order for an individual but when 50 people are relying on coffee service it’s not good.
Over multiple visits to the same Starbucks location, the experience has consistently fallen short of the quoted wait times. Today I was told 4–7 minutes for my drink, but it took 12 minutes to be completed. While 12 minutes isn’t objectively a long wait, the issue is the lack of accuracy and consistency—this has repeatedly happened every Friday for the past month.
