Please make sure your employees are actually scanning and not just passing the light and pertaining to scan, very annoying to have add manually afterwards and it’s not just once but almost every time

Just a fair warning to anyone doing mobile orders here and plan on picking it up at the store yourself. Someone will take your order if you don't pick it up on time. I've had this happen to me twice within a week at this specific location. There's no policing on anyone picking up orders. Looks like Uber drivers seem to not know where to stand/wait for UBER specific orders. Workers are fine, everyone was nice to me they were actually doing their best to fix what was wrong.
