I have been too many Starbucks around the world. Most of barristas are from good to better. Only Marilyn in this location is the worst ever. She was super rude when I tried to maje sure she did my special request. When I asked for extra foam as on sticker, she was put it in different cup and almost throw it to my face. Honestly I used to be shift supervisor for Starbucks in SC and still not able to accept this attitude.
Waited for 45 minutes for one coffee. Told 3 times to barista. And it was not busy as usual. And when got coffee, it was messed up with wrong syrup
Terrible experience this morning - ordered lavender chai and received matcha latte. My croissant sandwich was too greasy and the bacon seemed undercooked. The person at the window gave good customer service but another staff member was rude. I should have stuck with Dunkin.
