None of the staff would make eye contact while speaking with me when I was ordering nor did they wear gloves after their lunch break or wash their hands when handling my food. I stood at the counter for a good 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence, was rather rudely told that particular Starbucks was owned by the mall, so regular rules didn't apply. The coffee was overpriced with no personal cup discount. They refused to put it in my cup unless it was a Starbucks cup. Avoid this one.

The woman who assisted us with our drinks was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. Our drinks were made incorrectly and tasted like pure sugar, making them undrinkable. We were also not given a receipt. Overall, the customer service was very poor and the experience was disappointing. I understand that everyone can have bad days, but when you work in customer service, basic politeness and accuracy should be expected. Based on this experience, I will not be returning.

There is literally like 6 people on duty the only person working is the one making the drinks the other ones take there time no wonder why they are the way they are. The white girl with glasses said I’ll be right back she was just there standing doing nothing on her phone I waitlisted for more then 5 minutes till I said is someone taking my order they all look but no one did.. The only one keeping himself busy is the guy making drinks flu give him all the credit

Seriously terrible, asked for a small vanilla bean frap for my son, didn't ask me for a name, litterly waited 30 minutes for a frappe that never came, $6 waisted. My son was getting impatient so we just left. 0 out of 10, won't shop again.
