On February 7th , 2026 we stopped in for a couple drinks with my grandkids. The cashier was very friendly and informative. As we waited for our drinks at a very busy time they called out the grandkids names and they grabbed theirs up in about 7 minutes. Then I continued to wait as I had just ordered right after them. Came here ordered my drink based on what the cashier told me was in it. This is A new drink they have she told me it is standard it comes with x amount of espresso per size so I added one shot. She made my drink wrong then the person that was making my drink ignored me when I asked her if it had the espresso in it made the cashier re ring my order charged me more when they made it incorrect and gave me the wrong info charged me 15 dollars for a drink I’ll never drink star bucks ever again this was 2/5/26 at 4 pm

This employee lied to my face saying they were closed. They didn’t close for another 20 minutes. 10 minutes of me and my friend sitting at Starbucks passed , then other customers came (I’m assuming family or friends) and they served them. I don’t appreciate this favoritism nor the discrimination. There was also an employee with heavy eyeliner dressed like she was in 2021 who laughed at me which I find funny given her appearance. I expect something to be done right away. It was also my birthday.
