I have three kiddos and usually order three cake pops. Twice now I have been handed the cake pops still in the manufacturers packaging. It ruins the "hometown coffee shop" illusion and makes visiting this Starbucks more like going to an overpriced, poorly run snack stand. I also ordered a shaken iced espresso with cold foam, grande size. They messed up 2 orders out of 3
I’ve never really had an issue with Starbucks before but this location will not give you the size drink that you pay for, they’ll give you a smaller one and then close the window before you can say anything about it. Not coming back here for sure
