These people can't make a freaking frappuccino! They diluted it with an unbelievable amount of ice, the first time, Then made it so frozen, a straw could not penetrate it the second time. The third time they didn't even add a shot of espresso, which was basically just cold milk! I walked out and had to throw the whole thing away! Those that work there are not only incapable, but rude !
