Great spot. Classic
I ordered a latte w “ no foam”! However i was served w full of foam. I asked the person whether he could get rid of foam reminding him that i ordered “ no foam”. Without any word, he snatched the cup, poured it off, made it again. When he put the cup in the board, i said “ Thank you! “. Guess what?! He even didnt look at me, no word, just walked out! What did i do wrong?! I have never experienced this at any Starbucks for 30years!! So rude. In the beginning he was very nice, that’s why i got more upset! Wow…
Come to this one rather than the one in Fashion Island - they acknowledge the customer and provide service here.
I had forgot my computer and the manager took time out of her day to drop it off at my school which was really nice! The food and drinks here are also my favorite!!
