I always visit this Starbucks never really have issues. This morning was horrible, the line is usually long but I always wait. Today a fairly new batista made my coffee after looking at the coffee I already knew it was not going to taste well, tasted like chocolatemilk. I asked if a new one could be made after waiting 15 minutes it wasn't made yet. When waiting I heard another customer complaining about her coffee that it didn't taste right. Do better
There is never anyone here! Multiple times there’s been 5 or 6 people in line with no one to help them for 15+ minutes until they give up and leave. Don’t even know how Mike still has a job when he’s outside and the workers of Frys have to search the outside of the store to find him. You can tell even they are sick of dealing with it. If you actually want coffee, I would suggest a different Starbucks.
