Your employees are on auto pilot and don’t pay attention. Screw up orders due to lack of listening to the customer. This morning was the third time from 3 different employees. They don’t fix it and give you an attitude when telling them they messed it up. A cafe frap has coffee in it how hard is it to hear “cafe” and how hard is it to correct the order or get a refund.
