Came in for a grande cold brew—left with a masterclass in how not to fix a mistake. They gave me the wrong size (shorter than requested), and when I pointed it out, their solution was to pour it into a bigger cup, dump in some milk and ice, and act like that made it a grande. So… the answer to getting the size right is just dilution? Cool. Love paying extra for watered-down disappointment. It’s coffee, not rocket science. But apparently even that’s asking too much.
I ordered a specific size drink, and they gave me the wrong one. When I brought it up, their "solution" was to just add some milk and a lot of ice to make it seem right. Not only did it water down the drink, but it felt like they didn’t care about fixing the actual mistake. Disappointing experience.
I asked for no foam and I got at least 2 oz of foam. I pay to drink coffee, not foam. Very disappointed!
The supervisor has no respect for customers, cutting them off when they try to place an order for no reason.
