Let me start by saying—I’m not a “Karen” when it comes to my orders 😂 I just love trying new things! When I walked in, I was greeted by two amazing employees, Wenesha and Avion. I ordered a pistachio loaf and a venti matcha banana latte. Turns out, banana matcha isn’t something they typically make as a latte—but Wenesha went above and beyond and said she could make it happen for me! Staff is awesome but they are severely understaffed. Took 25 minutes to get my coffee. Again was not on fault of the staff, they were nice and professional. There is only so much they could do.
