I’ve been coming here for years but the last couple of visits have been really low quality. Today I was rushed through the drive-thru window, the drink might as well have been thrown in my car. There wasn’t even anyone behind me, what’s the insane rush? Starbucks, stop timing your employees to see how quickly they can get customers through. At that, the drink was made very poorly. I had some shopping to do so I decided to stop and get a drink. I asked for an iced mocha coffee and all I got was an iced mocha. I was also gonna leave a cash tip, but since he didn’t see me use my card he went to the other Employee said don’t worry about it. She didn’t leave a tip. After that, I decided not to leave a cash tip. And then I proceeded to hear him help another customer and tell her that the espresso machine was not working correctly. Chasity is very snotty refused to call a manager for me and lied to me about forms of payments they accept.
