I HATE that I have to give Starbucks a one star rating, but it's just this one. I HATE that I have a Starbucks a mile from my house, but I don't go to it because staff acts rude & entitled when their service is slow and for whatever reason their drinks don't taste like every other Starbucks???? Idk if it is the water they brew with or what's going on, but the drinks taste bad. So I have to go to the one at 5555 sunset OR the one directly across from my work, which is great- just hard to get back over the bridge with traffic ... read more
