Andrew went far and above what he was supposed to do to take care of his customer.
Just picked up an order and instead of giving me the spicy falafel pocket that I ordered, they gave me the jalapeño chicken one. I could not tell until I I got home and took a bite saying they look similar. This is the second time my food had been mixed up at this location in the last couple weeks. Extremely disappointed
