These new cups are just an excuse to take out all the bells and whistles and give you a plain drink with no toppings, no drizzle, no java chips, no FLAVOR! I've been to this place like around 7-10 times and stayed within it like 3-4 times. It's not as lively as other Starbucks nearby. Usually like 1- 2 customers inside. For me I like it when it feels vibrant and alive, so that takes it down a notch. The baristas have always been well informed and attend you pretty quickly.
