Went through the drive thru. Picked up a nonfat mocha and grilled cheese. After leaving, i went to drink my mocha, and it was as cold as the whipped cream. When i came back, it was a "sorry" and pay for a new drink (existing was still full!) and prompt for tip !? I think I'm done with Starbucks
I'll start with a compliment, everyone that works here has a really good attitude is very sweet. Now, My husband and I go through the drive-thru here on Saturdays and Sundays. For the past month every single time one of our two drinks has been wrong, missing something, or just terrible. Saw the weather today and it was a perfect day to get some Starbucks! I went ahead and got their pumpkin spice latte and chocolate croissant, it was so delicious! 🥐 also the worker that attended me Jennifer was so chill and sweet will come back soon hopefully
